Sending to the Vendor's Wallet Address (CRITICAL – IRREVERSIBLE)

danger

This is the step where funds are most often lost forever.
After a transaction is confirmed on its blockchain, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or retrieved.
Sending to the wrong address or on the wrong network almost always results in permanent loss of funds.

Get the exact address and network from your vendor

  • The vendor must give you a precise wallet address for the crypto they accept. A Bitcoin (BTC) address works only for BTC; an Ethereum address can handle ETH or ERC-20 tokens but not Tron (TRC-20) tokens.
  • Pay special attention to USDT or USDC. These stablecoins travel on many blockchains (ERC-20 on Ethereum, TRC-20 on Tron, BEP-20 on BNB Chain, Solana, and others). You must send on the exact network the vendor requests. An ERC-20 transfer to a TRC-20 address will disappear.
  • If the vendor provides a QR code, scan it but still confirm the text address and the network before sending.

Double-check everything before you click “Send”

danger

Just before final confirmation, go through this checklist:

  1. Copy and paste, never type. Use the clipboard for the address to avoid typos.
  2. Match characters. Verify the first four and last four characters of the pasted address against the vendor’s address. Address-swapping malware can alter what you paste.
  3. Confirm the cryptocurrency. Make sure the platform shows the correct coin or token (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, etc.).
  4. Confirm the network. If a network choice appears (ERC-20, TRC-20, BEP-20, Solana, and so on), pick the one the vendor specified.
  5. Confirm the address again. On the final review screen, re-check the first and last characters.
  6. Review fees and net amount. Network (“gas”) fees vary. Ensure the vendor will receive the amount they expect after fees are deducted.
  7. Optional but wise: For large payments, send a small test amount first. Ask the vendor to confirm receipt, then send the balance.

Only after every item passes inspection should you confirm the transaction. There is no undo button.
