Path B: Troubleshooting

  • Cannot draw the dose

    • Inject the same volume of air into the vial first (see Preparation & Use).
    • Keep the needle tip below the liquid surface.
    • Swap to a new needle if flow still stalls; a factory clog is rare but possible.
  • Too many air bubbles

    • Flick the barrel so bubbles rise to the needle hub.
    • Push the plunger slowly to vent only the air back into the vial.
    • Tiny “champagne” bubbles are harmless; remove large bubbles before setting the final dose line.
  • Questionable vial or liquid
    Do not inject if the vial is cracked, the seal is broken, or the solution looks cloudy, colored, frozen, or expired. When in doubt, discard it in a sharps container—see the Safe Disposal Guide.
