Medication vial - An authentic, single-dose tirzepatide vial in the strength you need. Always confirm the serial code (see Verifying Authenticity).
Insulin syringes - Sterile U-100 syringes. A 1 mL barrel with 0.01 mL markings gives the best accuracy. Use a brand-new syringe for every injection; never reuse.
Needles (if separate) - Sterile, sub-cutaneous gauge 29 G–32 G, length 5/16-inch or ½-inch, and compatible with your syringe. One new needle per shot.
Alcohol swabs - Individually wrapped, sterile pads for wiping the vial stopper and skin.
Gauze or cotton - Optional, to press on the site for a few seconds after injecting.
Sharps container - Puncture-resistant, FDA-cleared container for used syringes, needles, and empty vials.
