Path C: Supplies Needed & Sourcing

  • Lyophilized Peptide Vial: Contains freeze-dried powder (often listed as 5 mg or 10 mg). The stated content and purity are unverified because it comes from online “research” vendors.
  • Bacteriostatic Water (BAC water): Sterile water for injection with 0.9 percent benzyl alcohol as preservative. Essential for multi-dose storage because it slows bacterial growth after mixing. Buy only from reputable medical-supply vendors. Never use tap water, bottled water, or any other non-sterile liquid. Plain sterile water (no preservative) is acceptable only if you use the entire vial immediately after reconstitution (single use).
  • Mixing Syringe & Needle: A larger sterile syringe (3 mL or 5 mL) paired with a sterile needle (18 G–23 G) for drawing BAC water and puncturing vial stoppers. Use a brand-new set for every reconstitution.
  • Injection Syringes/Needles: Sterile U-100 insulin syringes with fine, permanently attached needles (29 G–32 G, 5⁄16-inch or ½-inch) for subcutaneous injection. Common barrel sizes: 1 mL, 0.5 mL, or 0.3 mL. Markings must be clear for accurate dosing. Do not reuse syringes or needles. One fresh syringe per injection.
  • Alcohol Swabs: Individually wrapped, sterile 70 percent isopropyl alcohol pads for cleaning vial stoppers and skin.
  • Sharps Container: FDA-cleared, puncture-resistant container for every used needle and syringe (mixing and injection).
  • Sourcing: Powder comes from high-risk “research” vendors. Buy ancillary supplies (BAC water, syringes, needles, swabs, sharps container) from established medical-supply stores online or local pharmacies. See Sourcing Ancillary Supplies. Avoid questionable sellers.
  • Disposal: Follow the Safe Disposal Guide for sharps and leftover liquid.
warning

Using non-sterile or counterfeit supplies increases infection risk and other complications. Always prioritise quality and sterility.
